Injection Mold Designer

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of injection molds for new products.
Oversee the assembly, debugging, and modification of molds you’ve designed.

Requirements:

Degree in Mold Making, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection mold design, with proficiency in designing and manufacturing precision molds for connectors, connectors, automotive parts, and similar components.
Proficient in using CAD software such as AUTOCAD and UG (NX).
Ability to endure hardships, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork.

Injection Molding Engineer

Responsibilities:

Master the injection molding process, solve difficult problems in injection molding, perform root cause analysis on mold and injection molding quality issues, and guide improvements.
Responsible for mold maintenance and regular upkeep.
Participate in new project structural design reviews, supplier mold design reviews, and provide improvement suggestions; conduct regular training for relevant personnel.
Manage mold drawings, including archiving.
Perform simple mold repairs and understand mold machining processes.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in injection molding.
Proficient in watch case mold design and injection molding process.

Injection Molding Sales Representative (US)

Responsibilities:

Identify and attract potential clients throughout the United States, tailoring sales solutions to fit their needs.
Conduct detailed market research to understand regional demands, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the U.S.
Provide quotes for injection molding products and molds.
Maintain and cultivate client relationships, ensuring open and effective communication.

Requirements:

Proficient in the basic use of office and CAD software.
Organized work approach with excellent communication skills.
Experience in mold or injection molding product sales with strong capabilities. Competitive compensation for highly capable individuals.
